We would like to introduce a case where the "Aqua Deck" was implemented at a construction site. Within the power plant, there are many large machines and tasks that require work at heights, leading to the challenge of wanting to move the elevated work platform within the work area. In response, we proposed our product, a water pressure lifting system that uses multiple poles and can design a wide work stage that can be raised and lowered. The cart carrying the work stage and lifting poles can be equipped with casters or wheels, allowing for manual movement. We would like to introduce a case where a high-altitude work platform utilizing our pneumatic-hydraulic converter, the "Air Hydro Converter," was implemented in a factory. The background leading to this implementation was the need to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an area with explosion hazards. However, the standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck could not be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump. [Challenges] ■ Desire to use a liftable high-altitude work platform in an area with explosion hazards ■ The standard hydraulic lift Aqua Deck cannot be used because it operates an electric hydraulic pump ■ Water splashes on the work platform (Aqua Deck). The "Air Hydro Converter" utilizes the pneumatic source available at the site to raise and lower the passenger box with converted water pressure, allowing the factory's pneumatic source to operate at 0.6 MPa or higher for lifting and lowering.
